GreenPoint
Bank
In a very competitive New York retail
banking market, GreenPoint initiated an aggressive de novo program,
adding 30 branches to its existing network in 24 months. Infra-Structures
designed, engineered, manufactured and installed a prefabricated,
modular component solution for furniture and branded fixtures providing
the flexibility needed for unknown branch sizes and configurations.
By minimizing costly and time-consuming general construction, GreenPoint
outpaced the competitions’ more traditional, lengthy, build-out
methodology. The resulting increase in customer base and deposits
returned a significant return on investment, which prompted their
sale to a larger financial institution. |

Washington
Mutual Banks Renovation Program
This program was conceived to update
facilities, maximize branding presentation, sales opportunity and
information display in Washington Mutual Banks 500 legacy branches.
Infra-Structures developed project standards and controls for information
gathering, store design, fixture manufacturing and field implementation.
Infra-Structures executed the project as the single point of contact
and sole supplier controlling each step of the process to minimize
costs and to ensure the completion of eight branches during a single
weekend without interruption of banking services. To date more than
200 branches in three geographic regions have been completed. |

Wells
Fargo
Wells Fargo chose Infra-Structures
to create and to execute a prototype branch design program to complement
a Customer Relationship Management software solution developed to
measure, manage and deliver an enhanced customer experience through
flow management technology. Through the use of space planning techniques
and custom fabricated components consistent with Wells Fargo’s
well-established brand, customers were segmented and directed from
transactions to sales. As a result, merchandising and cross selling
opportunities increased by 50% with an equivalent decrease in perceived
waiting times by optimizing staffing resources and minimizing full-time
equivalent costs.
