InfoNet for the Pentagon

DOD’s Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Defense Facilities Directorate (DFD) and the Information Technology Management Directorate (ITMD) within the Pentagon requested a prototype for the Information Management Center (IMC) system. The Pentagon Wide Communications Initiative provides an integrated solution to disseminate and to display information to the Pentagon public from a centralized source via video displays at various locations throughout the Pentagon. This initiative will modernize and streamline processes for communications throughout the Pentagon and eventually to the entire National Capital Region (NCR). Infra-Structures provided hardware and software prototypes as well as support and integration services necessary to enable the IMC system.
