New York City is embarked
on a large-scale urban redevelopment plan in Brooklyn. The 22-acre
Atlantic Yards Project combines a sports and entertainment arena,
landscaped open space, and 17 buildings for retail businesses, office
space and housing. The first step in the redevelopment process is
the upgrade of the area’s major transportation hub for subways
and commuter trains. Infra-Structures designed, engineered, manufactured
and installed 50+ steel kiosks with integrated seating; heating, ventilation
and air condition units; lighting and advertising components. |
